friendly stuff excellent buffet nice balcony small pool free water few machines
the stuff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent i really liked the fresh fruit and pastries it was a great way to start the day my room had a balcony, it was nice to sit out there and enjoy the view the location was also perfect
the pool was pretty small, it was often crowded with not many chairs avaliable my room didnt have free water, I think a hotel should always provide that the gym only had a few machines, i wish there was more variety

Excellent Stay near the Promenade
nice balcony ample storage high cleanliness elegant furnishings
My room had a nice balcony. I could use plenty of storage space, a definite plus. I appreciated the high level of cleanliness i noticed everywhere. The furnishings seemed well kept and elegant.
I did find the music selection repetitive near the pool area. It became a bit monotonous after a while.

The room i stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a real plus. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and ample counter space, ensuring comfort and convenience. A minibar was also available, stocked with a variety of beverages.

The staff was professional and always eager to assist, even during peak hours. Requests for information or assistance were promptly and efficiently handled. Plus, the reception was always available. Turndown service was provided each evening.

I liked the convenient location near many restaurants. The room included efficient air conditioning and blackout curtains. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and found it very reliable. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and multiple towels.
The elevators can sometimes get very crowded during peak hours.
